If you are interested in supporting health campaigns during 2010, please complete the Health Campaign Form, and return to the Public Health Improvement Information Team based at Clarendon.

By returning the Campaign form and expressing your interest in Campaigns, you will receive free promotional material (posters, leaflets etc), that will enable you to promote these events.
