The Older Peoples Partnership is carrying out a consultation on the DRAFT Older Peoples Strategy with key stakeholders. The consultation responses will be informing the final version of the strategy to be presented to the Council Cabinet and Gateshead Strategic Partnership.

There are 4 short consultation questions on the last page (page 3) of the leaflet to complete and return to either Angela Hannant or Dianne Graham by Friday, 18th March 2011 (email addresses are also on the consultation leaflet itself Angela.hannant@sotw.nhs.uk or DianneGraham@Gateshead.gov.uk).
You can return your response electronically or by printing it off and sending it by post. (Please note that you are able to return the response electronically and save a blank copy, but you will be unable to save your response so please print your response off for your records if you need to)
